Being passionate about communication; I talk, write and network a lot. As somewhat of a digital native that hasn't lived without the web I do these things online as well as offline. I also do these things at work. It's a natural part of my days.
From my perspective every company need to adress the social and collaborative side of their employees and a huge part of the solution is Enterprise 2.0 culture, strategy and tools.
I write mostly about the daily life of Enterprise 2.0 and what opportunities this new way of internal communication brings to the table. Excuse the occasional football post, but that's another thing I'm passionate about... :)
